Nicole Socarras is the co-founder of Piel Studio and the clinical provider behind the treatments and patient care that define the practice. Born and raised in Miami, Nicole attended Florida International University for both her undergraduate degree and Master of Physician Assistant Studies. She spent the first five years of her career in pediatrics before beginning her journey into aesthetic medicine three years ago.

Nicole has developed an anatomy-driven approach to facial artistry rooted in precision, restraint, and long-term facial harmony. Don’t be surprised if she tells you no. She believes the most beautiful results come from knowing when to enhance, when to stop, and when to preserve what makes you uniquely you.

Patient safety is at the heart of Nicole’s approach. She takes the time to understand each patient’s anatomy, goals, and concerns before recommending a treatment, and will only perform procedures she genuinely believes will benefit them. She cares deeply about the people who trust her with their care and believes that being a great provider means always putting the patient’s needs first.
